aiCon: The intelligence behind your site

aiCon is an AI collaborative cloud platform for construction-inspection management. It offers several phases of inspection to everyone working on a construction project.
As with any other process in the project, the inspection processes too are designed and determined using the JUMMA process engine.

One platform

A mobile & web collaboration platform focused on inspection, tracking and quality

Three capabilities work together to make quality visible at every moment of the build.
Inspection toolbox

Remote inspection

AR and 360° panoramic cameras let teams inspect the site from anywhere — no travel, full coverage, everything on the record.
AI suite of modules

Machine learning

A growing suite of AI modules — mostly machine learning — reads site data, surfaces flaws, and pushes the platform toward automated inspection.
Safety inspection

Drones & CNN vision

Drones and cameras mounted on cranes feed advanced visual recognition powered by convolutional neural networks (CNNs).
Inspection as a process

Four phases, one continuous record

aiCon delivers inspection as a process based on crafts and assets — not a one-off checklist. Each phase feeds the next.
01

Planning inspection

Inspection tasks are generated from the project plan before work begins — every craft and asset mapped to the checks it requires.
02

Inspection per standards

Work is inspected against the relevant standards and regulations, with authorities able to receive exactly the data they need.
03

Performance inspection

Teams document work on site from any device; flaws are captured, crossed against the plans and routed to the person in charge.
04

Quality inspection

On completion the same engine becomes quality assurance — a rejection-alert module applies the rule set for each flaw event.
The JUMMA process engine

Every process, defined once — then run automatically

Business processes are redefined for construction and translated into automatic workflows for each participant — turning management “know-how” into a repeatable model instead of tribal knowledge.
At project level, users are assigned roles and permissions, plans are uploaded, and crafts, tasks and sub-tasks are mapped — so inspection is generated automatically from the structure of the work itself.

Quality assurance

A digital quality-assurance system in construction

The inspection engine runs in two stages: while crews work, inspection is a performance check; on completion, the same engine becomes a quality-assurance task.
Documenting a flaw with a photo — or crossing a “like” picture against the plans — becomes an automated digital record routed to the person in charge, with a rejection-alert module that stops work until the flaw is repaired.
Built in

Everything a construction team needs, in one place

Collaborative platform

One system in the field and the office, connecting every actor — admins, managers, architects, team leaders and consultants — around live project data.

Accessibility

Instant access to project information from any connected device, with profession-based permissions and offline work that syncs on reconnect.

Multilingual

Built language-less: users set or switch the interface language with a click, so teams collaborate in whichever language they prefer.

BI & decision support

Project data is aggregated in real time and analysed through a dedicated BI module that doubles as a decision-support system.

Cloud & SaaS

A cloud-based SaaS platform on any standard browser — no installation, no hardware, data synced in real time and hosted on AWS.

Secured login

Unique authentication per user, project-level permissions monitored every session, and a protected, auditable data trail.
